Thinning > With water. Maximum: 1:10 water. The higher the thinning the lower the efficiency. Mosses, lichens incrustations etc: 2:1  Cement incrustations: do not thin.  
Cleaning of the material > The utensils/tools must be cleaned with water immediately after the application
